The YMCA of Greater Toronto is a charity focused on community support and development. WE ARE NOT A GYM! We opened this fitness centre because we wanted to offer everyone more of a one on one experience that you can't find at a gym. Our focus is YOU! Do you want to speak with a personal trainer, no problem, that's included! Have questions for a nutritionist, no problem, that's included! Would you like your weight and measurements taken, no problem, that's included! DHF is here for YOU!
