Belmonte Real Estate, Serving Durham Region for 2 Generations! The Belmonte name was first introduced to local real estate market in 1965 when Michael Belmonte became a licenced Realtor. Ryan Belmonte became a realtor in 2003 and assumed the role of Broker of Record in 2009.
