Following a closed door session with the municipal lawyer on Monday night, Clarington councillors opted to file an appeal of the approval for the ZEP Wind Farm Ganaraska Project. The ZEP project comprising nine wind turbines proposed for the Kirby area received approval from the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change on January 30, 2015.
