Cooper's Auto Services was started in 1946 by Percy Cooper, his son Donald and nephew Vance. The business first began as a Red Indian Service station with only two service bays and one gasoline island. The service station evolved to become affiliated with Texaco in 1950-51. In 1953, Donald took over operations of the business until 1994. During this time, DX OLCO became the new supplier of fuel products.
