Hardiman Mount and Associates began twenty-five years ago as the vision of two men with sales in their blood. In 1984 Jim Hardiman was a Manager with London Life Insurance with 11 years experience in training and developing sales staff. One of his young protégés was Barry Mount who, along with Jim was a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Round Table.
