After many years in the tire business at various levels of management, I decided to get back to my first passion of business – Real Estate. In 1986 at 18 years of age, I purchased my first investment property. After renovating it extensively, sold it and did it again and again. Obviously at 18 I didn’t have a lot of money but through private and secondary lenders, anyone can buy a home.
